For high quality anterior applications, zirconia is a predicatable and efficient material for single piece customized abutment. Zirconia’s flexibility lends itself to a wide range of abutment designs. Abutment use is indicated for screw-retained crowns and bridges and is available in reduced tooth form for direct veneering.
The hybrid variobase™ abutment features outstanding design flexibility and treatment efficiency. Coping is available in a reduced tooth form and can be directly cemented. The precision-engineered engaging mechanism between the abutment and coping is designed for an accurate connection and optimum force distribution – online roulette overzicht spelen. The abutment may be used at either bone level or tissue level and is available in four different ceramic shades.
Providing predicatable and efficient results for posterior applications, titanium abutments are a reliable and aesthetic choice, suitable for a variety of platforms. Used for cement-retained restorations. These unalloyed titanium abutments are rated Grade 4, indicating commerical purity (CP). Grade 4 is the strongest of the titanium grades with a minimum yield strength of 480 MPa (70ksi) and has excellent resistance to corrosion and fatigue failure as well as good ductility and moderate formability.
